Roundup: Boulder City edges The Meadows in tiebreaker

Connor Mikkelson went 3-0 in singles play Thursday to lead Boulder City’s boys tennis team over visiting The Meadows in a tiebreaker, 10-9.

Boen Huxford and Preston Jorgensen went 3-0 in doubles for Boulder City.

Desert Oasis 10, Foothill 9 — At Foothill, Tyler Parlade and Ogi Zekanovic each finished 3-0 in singles and the Diamondbacks edged the Falcons 4-2 in tiebreaker games.

Faith Lutheran 12, Arbor View 6 — At Arbor View, Kenneth Dobrev and Stephen Dobrev each finished 3-0 in singles as the Crusaders defeated the Aggies.

Taylor Pettigrew and Blake Kelly went 3-0 in doubles for Faith Lutheran.

Caleb Scow and Bennet Prince were 3-0 in doubles to pace Arbor View.

Silverado 14, Durango 4 — At Silverado, Owen Cox was 3-0 in singles to lead the Skyhawks over the Trailblazers.

Costandinos Pappas went 2-1 in singles for Silverado.

Durango’s Arjay Angus was 2-1 in singles.

Centennial 13, Rancho 5 — At Centennial, Justin Madsen and Tim Tuong each went 2-0 in singles play to lift the Bulldogs past the Rams.

The doubles teams of Miles Brown and Keaton Edwards, Joshua Zuehlsdorff and Corey Osborn, and Mark Frazier and Shaun Mazumdar each went 2-0 for the Bulldogs.

Tanner Albright went 2-1 in singles play to lead the Rams.

Coronado 14, Liberty 4 — At Coronado, Richard Byun went 2-0 in singles to help the Cougars take down the Patriots.

Bishop Gorman 15, Basic 3 — At Basic, Nicholas Kouretas and Matthew Muyot went 3-0 in doubles to lead the Gaels over the Wolves.

Max Wolfson and Oliver Filipovic each went 2-0 in singles for the Gaels.

Clark 16, Sierra Vista 2 — At Sierra Vista, Dustin Mader and Andrew Lu went 3-0 in doubles as the Chargers routed the Mountain Lions.

Shanil Jayaweera and Mathew Spagnolo finished 2-0 in doubles for Clark.

Bonanza 12, Pahrump Valley 0 — At Pahrump, the Bengals defeated the Trojans by forfeit.

Chaparral 12, Legacy 0 — At Chaparral, the Cowboys beat the Longhorns by forfeit.

Virgin Valley 12, Western 0 — At Mesquite, the Bulldogs defeated the Warriors by forfeit.
