FLAG FOOTBALL: DeLong helps Spartans nip Mojave

Logan DeLong threw four touchdown passes and ran for a score Friday as Cimarron-Memorial's flag football team held off visiting Mojave, 32-30.

DeLong completed 9 of 18 passes for 175 yards.

Alyssa Karpinski caught six passes for 110 yards and three scores, and Rosie Del Rosario also hauled in a TD pass for Cimarron.

Shadow Ridge 26, Arbor View 6 — At Shadow Ridge, Victoria Tolle threw for 236 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Mustangs by the Aggies.

Samantha Milanovich had 154 yards receiving and caught three TD passes for Shadow Ridge.

Sierra Vista 27, Bonanza 18 — At Bonanza, Jamie Kalaau-Sunia caught six passes for 112 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Mountain Lions over the Bengals.

Courtney O'Neal rushed for 121 yards on 15 carries with a touchdown for Sierra Vista, which led just 13-12 at the half.

Desiree Cruz rushed for 120 yards for Bonanza. Brittney Calhoun tossed a TD pass to Ty Baskerville for the Bengals.

Foothill 41, Canyon Springs 6 — At Canyon Springs, Emily Russell caught 18 passes for 114 yards and five touchdowns as the Falcons routed the Pioneers.

Jadyn McArthur completed 31 of 40 passes for 228 yards and six TDs for Foothill. She also rushed for 165 yards on 12 carries. Sydney Babakitis also caught a TD pass for Foothill.

Las Vegas 26, Green Valley 6 — At Las Vegas, Taylor Stonebarger rushed for 84 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries as the Wildcats topped the Gators.

Sabrina Saldate completed 15 of 27 passes for 120 yards and a touchdown and ran for a score for Las Vegas.

Bella Cipili tossed a 15-yard touchdown pass to Alyssa Herrera for Green Valley. Carolina Velasquez caught three passes for 82 yards for the Gators.

Centennial 33, Rancho 21 — At Rancho, Halli Erickson threw two touchdown passes to help the Bulldogs beat the Rams.

Ashley Marshall ran for 64 yards and a touchdown on seven carries, and teammate LeNae Thomas ran for a score for Centennial, which got TD catches from Isabel Barilla and Chantay Dixon.

Courtney Reeves returned an interception for a touchdown for Centennial.

Silverado 25, Basic 19 — At Silverado, Kayla McGinnins' second interception of the game with three minutes to play set up the winning score as the Skyhawks rallied by the Wolves.

McGinnis also caught a TD pass for Silverado.

Coronado 33, Liberty 19 — At Liberty, the Cougars built a 21-7 halftime lead and defeated the Patriots.

Mary Johnson and Elizabeth Branigan each had a touchdown run for Liberty.
