GIRLS SOCCER: Remy’s goal lifts Eagles by Chaparral

Oshauna Remy scored with about six minutes to play to break a 1-1 tie on Wednesday and lift Boulder City's girls soccer team to a 2-1 win at Chaparral.

Rebecca Smith also scored for the Eagles.

Mona Bonita scored for the Cowboys.

Green Valley 1, Desert Oasis 1 — At Green Valley, Talia Lopez's goal with 10 minutes left allowed the Gators to tie the Diamondbacks.

Miah Strellnauer scored earlier in the second half for Desert Oasis.

Virgin Valley 0, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, the Bulldogs and Miners played to a scoreless tie.

Virgin Valley's Spencer Green made 11 saves, and Sunrise Mountain's Christina Lark made 12 saves as each recorded a shutout.

Moapa Valley 0, Desert Pines 0 — At Desert Pines, the Pirates and Jaguars played to a scoreless tie.

Moapa Valley's Alec Begay made six saves, and Desert Pines' Maribel Mejia made three saves to earn the shutouts.

Pahrump Valley 4, Canyon Springs 1 — At Pahrump, Sydney Dennis had two goals and an assist, and Jamie Murphy scored twice to lead the Trojans by the Pioneers.

Rocio Leal scored for Canyon Springs.

Spring Valley 4, Faith Lutheran 1 — At Spring Valley, Samantha Meyers scored four goals to power the Grizzlies past the Crusaders.

Megan Sonerholm scored for Faith Lutheran.

Palo Verde 5, Liberty 0 — At Palo Verde, Hannah Gunderson scored two goals as the Panthers blanked the Patriots.

Gia Barone had a goal and two assists, and Alexandra Pappa had a goal for Palo Verde, which benefitted from an own goal.

Savannah Ormelas made two saves en route to the shutout.

Legacy 5, Rancho 0 — At Legacy, Isabella Skrinjaric scored twice as the Longhorns blanked the Rams.

Sydnie Lucas, Gabriella Lancaster and Courtney Kashin each added a goal for Legacy.

Goalkeeper Michelle Torres recorded the shutout.

Shadow Ridge 7, Basic 0 — At Basic, Samantha Villa had two goals and two assists to lead the Mustangs over the Wolves.

Taylore Simmons added two goals and an assist, and Jessica Beck, Camryn Grant and Joey Wright also scored for Shadow Ridge.

Jenna Gallagher and Rebekah Randall combined on the shutout.

Cimarron-Memorial 7, Durango 0 — At Durango, Annalise Esparza scored four goals as the Spartans blitzed the Trailblazers.

Jazmin Centeno added two goals and two assists, and Natasha Martin had a goal and two assists for Cimarron.

Nadia Rodriguez made six saves to record the shutout.

Coronado 7, Silverado 0 — At Silverado, Taylor Kornieck had five goals, and Leili Rosenberg added five assists to lead the Cougars by the Skyhawks.

Carli Young and Olivia Meza each added a goal for Coronado.

Rachel Morris and Shannon Heenan combined on the shutout.

Tech 12, Del Sol 0 — At Del Sol, Veronica Gonzales scored five goals, and Melissa Lopez added two goals as the Roadrunners routed the Dragons.

Stephanie Newman and Micayla Razo each had a goal and an assist, and Analysa Zepeda and Alicia Vega also scored for Tech, which benefitted from an own goal. Katy Orellana had two assists for Tech.

Estephania Perez was in goal for the shutout.
