Chicago pizzeria Giordano’s announces Las Vegas expansion

The Strip’s Grand Bazaar Shops will provide a touch of the Windy City to the Las Vegas Valley this fall. The shopping plaza has announced it will become home to Chicago pizzeria Giordano’s, marking its first location in Southern Nevada.

Fans of Giordano’s Chicago-style, stuffed, deep dish pizza will be able to enjoy the eateries’ signature dishes in Las Vegas when the restaurant opens on the Strip later this year, the company said in a news release.

Giordano’s expansion into the Las Vegas Valley will include a 4,000 square foot restaurant, located directly above the recently-opened Starbucks, with views of the Bellagio’s fountains. The pizzeria will also have a separate 1,700 square foot patio and bar located in the Grand Allée’s main walkway.

In addition to the deep dish pizzas, the menu features thin and extra-thin crust pizzas, salads, pastas, sandwiches and desserts, the restaurant will offer lunch, dinner and carry out.

Giordano’s debut at the Grand Bazaar Shops comes following the September 2015 announcement that Mark, Donnie and Paul Wahlburger would be opening Las Vegas’ first Wahlburgers restaurant at the shops, which are located at the entrance to Bally’s on Flamingo Road and Las Vegas Boulevard.
