Lennar Las Vegas offers homes in 15 neighborhoods
According to the Housing Opportunity Index, compiled by the National Association of Homebuilders and Wells Fargo Bank, housing prices are at their most affordable level in two decades.
While nationwide home sales have been uneven, Nevada was one of only six states that had a year-over-year increase in home sales, reporting a 116.8 percent boost, according to the National Association of Realtors.
Lennar gives homebuyers reasons to purchase new by offering quality, low pricing and a warranty. Beginning in July, Lennar is putting forward more offers on all homes so potential homebuyers can step into the housing market.
“In addition to energy-efficient features and designer-select amenities, Lennar offers an array of family-oriented floor plans and excellent community locations because we understand the most important aspects of a dream home are beyond measure,” said Jeff Galindo, vice president of sales for Lennar Las Vegas.
In addition to low pricing, first-time homebuyers are taking advantage of an up to $8,000 federal tax credit that can be used toward a down payment or to cover closing costs.
Universal American Mortgage Co., Lennar’s preferred lender, is also offering low interest rates and seller paid closing costs on homes contracted before July 31, 2009.
Lennar offers 15 neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Lennar’s homes feature amenities including stainless steel appliances, granite slab countertops, walk-in closets, his and hers vanities and Roman-style spa tubs.
“In this housing market, with a plethora of home options, homebuyers need to ask themselves: why wait any longer to get into the home of your dreams?” Galindo said. “At Lennar, we make it easy to purchase a home by offering brand new move-in ready homes and financing options through our preferred lender, so homebuyers can spend less time buying and more time living.”
Welcome Home Centers are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For a complete list of communities, call 877-204-4411.
