Three billing companies announce their merger
Anesthesia billing and management companies Professional Management Group of Salt Lake City, Summit HMR of Fort Worth, Texas, and MedSuite of Atlanta have merged, the companies said.
Professional Management Group has a local office.
In a statement, the companies said they would keep their existing names for now, although all will take one name early this year. Professional Management Group will continue to operate its Las Vegas office at 665 W. Sahara Blvd., Suite B200.
The new company has offices in Las Vegas; Salt Lake City; Fort Worth, Texas; Dallas; Atlanta; Fort Myers, Fla.; Fairbanks, Alaska; Newport Beach, Calif.; San Diego; Seattle; and Honolulu. Mark Smith will serve as the new venture’s CEO and chairman.
Ameristar Casinos, a Las Vegas-based casino company, named Michelle Shriver senior vice president of operations.
Letizia Ad Team named Bonaventure Esguerra graphic artist.
General Design & Construction, a general contracting and project management firm, named Bill Oliver vice president of construction.
Thor Construction named Rodrigo Barbosa senior project manager.
