In filing, company says vice president retires

Ready Mix, a Las Vegas maker and supplier of ready-mix concrete, said in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Vice President Alan Terril retired Friday.

In the Monday filing, the company said current officers including Chief Executive Officer Bradley Larson and President Robert Morris will perform Terril’s duties.

Valley Hospital named Robin Pinkstaff performance improvement manager, Evette Wilson risk manager and David McNair environmental services director.

Heidi Harris joined the on-air lineup at KDWN-AM (720).

Beasley Broadcast Group, a Naples, Fla., radio station operator, owns KDWN.

Lindley’s Pool & Spa — The Backyard Palace opened at 193 N. Pecos Road in Henderson.

Las Vegas Dream Dinners, a meal-preparation company, named Michael Valcho grab-and-go manager.

Shannon Construction, a company specializing in structural mass excavation, opened at 652 Middlegate Road, Suite B.

John Hooper Realty named Donald Einhorn broker associate.

Blue Heron, an Las Vegas-based homebuilder, named Jeffrey Keech sales executive.

The Fencing Academy of Nevada named Ed Richards instructor.
