Construction continues on yet another over-the-top venue on the Strip. By spring of 2016, the partnership of Topgolf International Inc. and MGM Resorts International will be opening the $50 million, four-level, 105,000-square-foot entertainment facility overlooking a 215-yard driving range area on 8 acres at Koval Lane and Harmon Avenue just east of the Strip. The facility will include 102 hitting bays, a sports bar, private cabanas and swimming pools.
