Man shot, killed Thursday identified
A man shot and killed in the northeast valley last week was identified by the Clark County coroner’s office Monday.
Sergio Lopez, 24, of Las Vegas was shot about 7:15 p.m. Thursday in the 5600 block of Lake Mead Boulevard, near Nellis Boulevard.
Las Vegas police said the man was visiting relatives when he was confronted by a someone with a gun, who fled east on Lake Mead.
The assailant had not been arrested as of Monday morning. A motive was undetermined.
