Motorist flees after striking, killing woman on Boulder Highway
A woman died early Monday morning after she was struck by a hit-and-run driver while crossing a street .
The Nevada Highway Patrol said the woman was struck about 4 a.m. while crossing Boulder Highway near Boulder Station.
The vehicle left the scene. The woman was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where she died.
Police were searching for witnesses or anyone with information about the vehicle.
