Teen killed in North Las Vegas shooting identified
The name of a North Las Vegas teenager who was gunned down last week was released Tuesday.
Authorities said Frank Wiest, 18, was shot and killed about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at 1637 Splinter Rock Way. A 20-year-old man was also shot but survived.
North Las Vegas police arrested Mario Camacho, 33, in connection with the shooting.
Camacho was booked on a murder charge at the North Las Vegas Detention Center on Thursday, police said.
