Las Vegas police asking for public’s help to find Hooters Hotel robbery suspects

Las Vegas police seek the public’s help in identifying two suspects involved in a Sunday morning robbery at Hooters Hotel.

Police said two men robbed the casino at 115 E. Tropicana Ave., just before 10:20 a.m. Two unidentified suspects approached casino employees and pointed a handgun at them and demanded money. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of money and left.

Police described the first suspect as a black man with short hair, standing about 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing about 200 pounds. He has last seen wearing a white hat, white shirt, dark pants, a dark-colored shirt and carrying a small-framed handgun.

The second suspect is described by police as a black man with shoulder-length dreadlocks, standing 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighing about 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeved hoodie, black shorts and white shoes.
