Las Vegas police looking for man in September robbery

Las Vegas police are looking for a man who may have been involved in seven local robberies.

At about 5:30 p.m. Sept. 6, the man entered a business at 1049 S. Rainbow Blvd. and approached an employee with a note demanding money, police said in a release. No weapon was seen. He left with an undisclosed amount of money.

The man is described as Hispanic, 40 to 45 years old, about 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall and weighing about 220 pounds. He was wearing a black ball cap, a blue long-sleeve, button-down shirt, purple tie, black slacks and sunglasses.

Police believe the man may have been involved in a series of robberies that were not specified in the release.
