Police searching for suspect in Hooters sports book robbery
Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect connected to the Monday robbery of Hooters sports book.
About 6 p.m. Monday, a man entered the sports book area of Hooters Hotel, 115 W. Tropicana Ave., armed with a “large framed revolver” when he demanded cash from an employee, police said.
Metro described the suspect as in his 30s and approximately 6 feet, 1 inch tall. He was last seen wearing a black ball cap, pink shirt and blue jeans.
