Man injured in shooting outside Bally’s on Las Vegas Strip

A man was shot outside a Strip hotel Friday morning, Las Vegas police said.

The victim was hospitalized after the shooting, which Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Greg Munson said happened about 1:50 a.m. in a parking lot outside Bally’s, 3645 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

A group of individuals were arguing outside the hotel when one person produced a weapon and shot another multiple times, police said.

Munson said the man’s injuries were minor. He is expected to survive.

Police took one person into custody.

Officers were continuing to investigate the incident.
