Dancing With the Stars champ Helio Castroneves and his partner Julianne Hough are denying that they’re an item.
They ignited rumors Tuesday when Castroneves, 32, kissed Hough, 19, during their quickstep dance on the show’s finale. The next day, Castroneves announced his split from his fiancée Aliette Vazquez.
