Mike Mills, founder of Memphis Championship Barbecue — which has three locations in Las Vegas — will appear on the Food Network show “Foodcrafters” on Saturday (Feb. 5) and Monday (Feb. 7). …

And Retro Bakery, 7785 N. Durango Drive, will celebrate its third birthday Feb. 10 with 500 free minicupcakes, to be distributed while supplies last. The celebration begins at 8 a.m., and anyone who purchases a cupcake with the No. 3 under it will get a gift certificate for a dozen free cupcakes.
