Another Food Truck Roundup is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday (Sept. 16) at the Nevada Cancer Institute, 1 Breakthrough Way (near Town Center Drive and Interstate 215). Slidin’ Thru, Yellow Lunch Box, Ben’s BBQ and Smokehouse, Grouchy John’s Coffee and Snow Ono Shave Ice are expected to participate.
