Sometimes a reader is looking for a very specific item in a very specific area. But even so, fellow readers frequently can find it.
“In response to Marian Garen and Mary Lou Glover’s request for Mexican wedding cookies in the Summerlin area, I have found great Mexican wedding cookies and other delicious pastries and cakes at Cake World” Bakery, 3211 N. Tenaya Way, e-mailed Lois Westover. “While not exactly in Summerlin, everything there is definitely worth the little extra drive.” For those on the other side of the valley, there’s also a Cake World at 220 N. Maryland Parkway.
