The Black Sheep
Chef Jamie Tran recently brought a grilled peach salad back to the menu after a short absence, with a few changes from the last rendition. For this version she marinates the peaches overnight in white wine simple syrup before grilling, pairing them with heirloom tomatoes and finishing the dish with feta, lemon vinaigrette and toasted pine nuts.
