Daily Egg offers ‘gourmet take on breakfast’

An emphasis on breakfast is to be expected from a restaurant called The Daily Egg.

Chef and owner Dany Chebat calls the eatery “the healthiest way to start your day. We use all fresh, homemade ingredients and offer a gourmet take on breakfast.”

Chebat, formerly at the Palms buffet, brings his international experience and touches of the cuisines of various cultures to The Daily Egg.

Some menu items have icons indicating heart healthy or spicy choices or a chef’s specialty. The flexible breakfast menu allows patrons to create their own pancake, waffle, sweet crepe or gourmet omelet, with prices depending on the chosen toppings.
