Billy Ray Cyrus leads moment of silence in Nashville for Las Vegas shooting victims

Billy Ray Cyrus gave an emotional tribute Tuesday night to victims of the Oct. 1 Route 91 Harvest festival tragedy, leading a moment of silence “for all the broken hearts out there,” at a bustling street party commemorating the 57th anniversary of the beloved Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge in Nashville.

He also asked the crowd to keep those who have lost their lives and their homes in the Northern California wildfires in their thoughts.
