Harmony’s Mesa Verde has only 15 homes left for sale
Harmony Homes’ Mesa Verde community in the southwest part of Las Vegas offers sustainable desert living with a touch of luxury, near some of the area’s greatest attractions. As a result, these homes are selling fast.
“Mesa Verde has been one of our most popular communities, and we only have about 15 homes left to sell there,” said Harmony Homes President Robb Beville. “Now is a great time for buyers to come in and become a part of this beautiful community before it’s completely sold out.”
Mesa Verde buyers enjoy a multitude of energy-saving and safety features. Homes feature programmable thermostats, tankless water heaters, water-saving plumbing fixtures and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Buyers can rest easy knowing the homes have Kwikset locks with smartkey technology, he added.
Buyers will save money over time on their utility bills, thanks to features, such as vinyl windows with high-performance Low-E glass, sealed heating and cooling ducts and insulated garage doors.
Prices at Mesa Verde start in the low $200,000s.
“Mesa Verde is a compelling community that represents the very best of sustainable living. It combines modern energy-saving features with beautiful, buyer-inspired designs, all at prices that make these homes a great value,” Beville said. “At Mesa Verde, homebuyers are likely to find precisely what they are looking for to fit their needs, along with nearby regional amenities to enhance their lifestyle.”
Mesa Verde is at Decatur Boulevard and Mesa Verde Lane, south of the 215 Beltway and north of Blue Diamond Road in the southwest part of Las Vegas. The community is close to some of Southern Nevada’s most popular, family-friendly amenities, along with schools, shopping and entertainment. Nearby attractions include the Wet ‘n’ Wild water park, Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. Plus, with easy freeway access to the 215 Beltway and Interstate 15, Mesa Verdes is just minutes from Town Square Las Vegas shopping center, the Strip and McCarran International Airport.
Beville said homes at Mesa Verde are designed with four distinct two-story floor plans ranging from 2,055 to 2,386 square feet. Floor plans offer two to four bedrooms and options that include covered patios and decks, making these homes especially attractive to buyers who like to entertain guests and spend time outdoors. The exteriors feature paved driveways and patios with desert landscaping and drip irrigation.
Every home at Mesa Verde comes with 9-foot ceilings, hand-textured interior walls and Mohawk carpeting. Kitchens include granite countertops, Energy Star-certified General Electric appliances and dual-compartment, under-mount stainless-steel sinks. Baths feature Piedrafina countertops with drop-in sinks and Delta chrome faucets.
