Pardee Homes offers move-in ready homes in southwest Las Vegas

Pardee Homes has a limited number of move-in-ready homes at its southwest valley neighborhoods, including Encanto and Summerglen.
Encanto is off of Fort Apache Road north of Sunset Road at Patrick Lane, and Summerglen is off Sunset Road, west of Fort Apache Road.
Priced from the $460,000s, Encanto’s floor plans range from 2,639 to 3,551 square feet with three-car garages and options including loft, second master suite and sliding or optional stackable doors that create indoor/outdoor living areas.
A move-in-ready, single-story Plan 2-CR at Encanto measures 2,856 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, plus one-bay swing garage, den/office, game room, upgraded cabinets and flooring. It is priced from $515,011.
A move-in-ready Encanto Plan 3XB measures 3,551 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, three-car garage, game room, loft, upgraded cabinets and flooring. It is priced from $569,218.
“Encanto’s five floor plans, including three single-story plans, feature spacious, open living spaces with large kitchen islands, generous gathering spaces and indoor/outdoor connectivity via sliding and/or gliding patio doors that lead to covered patios,” said Klif Andrews, Pardee Homes’ division president.
Summerglen is a collection of two-story homes ranging from 2,311 to 2,402 square feet of living space with up to five bedrooms. Patio covers are offered as a standard feature. Prices start from $294,900.
A move-in-ready Summerglen Plan 3-A measures 2,402 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, loft, stucco covered patio and upgraded flooring. It is priced from $316,143.
To reach Encanto and Summerglen from the 215 Beltway West, exit Durango Drive/Sunset Road, stay on the access road (Rafael Rivera Way) and turn left onto West Sunset Road. For Encanto, turn right at Fort Apache Road then right again at Patrick Lane and follow the signs to the models.
For Summerglen, continue west on Sunset Road, past Fort Apache Road and the neighborhood is ahead on the right.
