Summit opens Shadow Pointe, Hazelwood

Summit Homes has opened two neighborhoods — Shadow Pointe in the northwest and Hazelwood in Silverado Ranch in the southeast.

“Although the floor plans are different and unique to each neighborhood, they are both limited edition collections that offer a distinctive lifestyle,” Nathan White, Nevada division manager for Summit Homes. “Providing perhaps the only ‘new-home’ opportunities in extremely popular and developed areas, they are boutique communities consisting of only 22 and 36 homesites, respectively.”
