In Pahrump, homes start from the mid-$100,000s. Single-story home neighborhoods, Series I at Villa Serena and Series II at Tivoli, are in the golf course community of Mountain Falls.

Series I at Villa Serena offers four floor plans up to 2,102 square feet and priced from the mid-$100,000s. Series II at Tivoli takes a step up in size and luxury with fore more plans, up to 2,741 square feet and priced from the low $200,000s.

Both Mountain Falls neighborhoods offer a laid-back lifestyle accentuated by the views of mountains, desert and golf course.

Another single-story neighborhood, Tierra Este, is in a quiet pocket of North Las Vegas. With homes measuring 2,434 square feet and priced from the low $200,000s. Tierra Este offers as many as five bedrooms and 3-car garages.

Those seeking larger, feature-rich or executive homes have multiple options. In the southwest near Durango Drive and Windmill Road is found the two gated, sister communities of Brookshire Heights and Brookshire Estates. At Brookshire Heights, a light contemporary look is presented in three two-story designs. Homes have as many as five beds, 4½ baths, and standard 3-car garages and measures 3,178 square feet. Brookshire Heights prices begin in the high $300,000s.

Brookshire Estates features four spacious single-story designs that are perfect for entertaining, with as many as five beds, 4½ baths, four-car garages and as large as 4,199 square feet. They are priced from the mid-$500,000s.

In the northwest valley is Lyon Estates, the 2014 Silver Nuggets' Community of the year, recently enhanced to include seven single-story designs with pricing from the low $400,000s. Floor plans range from 2,639 to 4,440 square feet with as many as five beds and 4½ baths.

Also in the northwest is the all single-story community of Serenity Ridge. Here, buyers will find luxury homes up to 4,000 square feet that offer design features and flex spaces. Serenity Ridge includes garages with as many as four bays. They are priced from the high $400,000s.

Summerlin is the location for four outstanding William Lyon neighborhoods: The new Allegra in The Paseos; and The Grand Collection and The Premier Collection, and Silver Ridge, all within The Ridges at Summerlin.

At Allegra, only 87 home sites will be offered in this gated community of three two-story floor plans up to 3,323 square feet. These homes will include indoor/outdoor lifestyle features on both levels of each home, with pricing from the low-$500,000s.

In the guard-gated community of The Ridges at Summerlin, visitors will discover the award-winning Premier and Grand collections at Sterling Ridge, consisting of six extraordinary homes. Grand Collection homes measure 4,180 square feet and are priced from the high $800,000s. Premier Collection plans offer as many as five bedrooms, 5½ baths and measure 4,871 square feet. They are priced from the low $1 millions. At Silver Ridge, buyers can select from the same models at The Premier Collection, but also have the ability to include up to a fifth car garage. Homes at Silver Ridge start from $1.34 million.

The final two William Lyon neighborhoods offered are Tuscan Cliffs and Lago Vista in the guard-gated Tuscan Cliffs neighborhood in Southern Highlands location. they offer three two-story villa designs reminiscent of Mediterranean luxury. Ranging to nearly 5,000 square feet with as many as six beds, 6½ baths, and even a sixth car garage bay, Tuscan Cliffs is priced from the low $700,000s.

Lago Vista is found in Lake Las Vegas, which has a private beach with golf, mountain and lake views. The neighborhood offers three two-story plans that measure as large as 5,032 square feet and are priced from the high $800,000s.
