When the women of the Women’s Philanthropy Division of the UJC/Jewish Federation of Las Vegas put together their annual United Luncheon, they decided to aim high, inviting Joan Rivers to be the guest speaker and the shops at the Esplanade at Wynn Las Vegas to show off their fashions. Women of the community donned the fashions, and even Mayor Oscar Goodman got in on the action.
