Las Vegas Wind Quintet schedules free concert
The Las Vegas Wind Quintet is joined by guest pianist Barbara Riske for a free concert at 3 p.m. April 22 at Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Brush St. Call 229-6383 for details.
The quintet includes clarinetist Dave Hawley, flutist Sherrie Parker, oboist Mika Bronson, bassoonist Sam Pisciotta and horn player Doug Beasley.
Riske has performed as a soloist with orchestras worldwide and is on the music faculty of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
