MGM Resorts is rolling out all the stops for the 2023 Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix, including a seating area lined up in front of the popular Fountains of Bellagio.

The resort giant opened sales to race packages that include tickets to the three-day Las Vegas Grand Prix, Nov. 16-18, 2023, and a three-night hotel stay at one of its resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.

Weekend packages start at $2,827 for what may be one of the most picturesque seating areas of the race — a massive grandstand to be constructed in front of the Bellagio on the Strip. Only guests staying at MGM properties will have access to the Bellagio spectator area.

Participating MGM Resorts properties include Bellagio, Aria, Vdara, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Delano, Park MGM, New York-New York, Luxor and Excalibur.

Fans can purchase up to two race tickets per package, and a minimum three-night stay required. All-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages within the grandstands are included.

“In just over a year, F1 fans from around the globe will see how Las Vegas throws a party,” Steve Zanella, MGM Resorts’ chief commercial officer, said in a statement. “In addition to the Bellagio Grandstands, which will set new standards for event viewing, we will create a round-the-clock celebration worthy of this international spectacular.”

In addition to the Bellagio grandstands, MGM Resorts is offering a race-and-stay package with access to the Paddock Grandstands. Those grandstands will be located in the heart of the action, with views of the start and finish line and views of the pit lane and team garages. Those packages also begin at $2,827.

Caesars Entertainment packages

Caesars Entertainment also made its race ticket packages available Thursday.

Caesars’ packages include a minimum three-night stay at one of the resort group’s properties and two tickets to the race.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be right in the center of what’s sure to be one of the most exciting nights Las Vegas has ever seen,” Sean McBurney, regional president of Caesars Entertainment said in a statement. “Our properties are terrifically positioned to make accessing the race, grandstands and paddocks as easy as possible.”

Fans can create their own package by picking their choice tickets located in the Paddock Club, skyboxes, or Grandstands in the East Harmon Zone overlooking Turn 2, with their preferred stay at various Caesars properties and room type.

The packages range from an average of $2,600 per night for a grandstand package, $8,000 per night for a skybox package and $11,500 per night average for a Paddock Club package.

Race only tickets

The first of three phases of ticket sales to the highly anticipated race opened to purchase last week, with all but the most expensive options, including the $10,000 East Harmon Zone skybox shared hospitality package selling out.

“The initial demand for tickets highlights how passionate our fans are for this race, and that fans from all over the world will want to be in Las Vegas watching the thrill of this grand prix first-hand on November 18, 2023,” said race CEO Renee Wilm.

The second phase of ticket sales is slated for late winter and the third is expected to occur in the spring. Those will feature three-day ticket packages ranging from $500 to $10,000.

Those who are signed up for the race’s priority list will be the first to be able to purchase tickets during each on-sale period. Fans are required to donate $7.77 to join the list, with proceeds going to local Las Vegas charities.
