Abandoned mobile home fire causes $100,000 in damage
A fire in an abandoned home near Twain Avenue and Indios Avenue Saturday morning is being investigated by the Clark County Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the fire around 4:30 a.m. in a double-wide modular home at 3632 Montego Drive. The home was engulfed in flames and threatening nearby structures.
It took 40 fire personnel 15 minutes to suppress the fire. No injuries were reported.
Damage is estimated at $100,000.
