Most Marie Callender’s restaurants plan to be open Christmas Day, with a special menu offering choice of soup or salad, roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham, beef stroganoff, Mediterranean salmon or vegetable platter and pie.
The cost is $19.99 for adults and $8.99 for children. For most restaurants, the bakery will open at 9 a.m., and the restaurant will be open through 9 p.m. Check with your individual location to confirm hours. The Christmas menu also varies at Marie Callender’s Grill locations.
A take-home brunch feast option also is available, including eight freshly baked muffins, two breakfast quiches, fruit salad, whipped cream and serving utensils for $49.99. STATION CASINOS ANNOUNCES CHRISTMAS MENU OPTIONS
The Feast and Festival buffets at Station Casinos plan to expand their menus for dinner on Christmas Eve and all day on Christmas Day to include a carving station with turkey, prime rib and ham.
At Red Rock and Green Valley Ranch resorts, the menu will feature cider-brined pork chops and mussels in lemon caper sauce.
Traditional sides will be potatoes mashed or au gratin, sweet potatoes and winter vegetables. Salmon with chutney, Yule log, Christmas cookies and assorted pies also will be available.
Prices are $18.99 with a Boarding Pass rewards card or $21.99 without at Red Rock and Green Valley Ranch. Children 10 or younger eat for $12.99. Rick Moonen’s rm seafood inside The Shoppes at Mandalay Place is set to host a Surf & Turf dinner benefiting Three Square food bank and Share Our Strength, a nonprofit organization that fights hunger, at 7 p.m. Jan. 9.
The dinner will feature dishes inspired by chef Stephanie Izard’s “Girl in the Kitchen” and Moonen’s “Fish Without a Doubt” books. The event will feature a cocktail reception, followed by dinner at 7:45 p.m.
Each course will be paired with a beer, wine or cocktail. Tickets are $150 or $175 for VIP tickets, which include an autographed copy of each cookbook.
