“Straight to the Heart of What Matters”
Although you may have been subject to painful and traumatic experiences and situations in your life, things you didn’t deserve or have any control over, your future is up to you. You may not have ever had or currently don’t have a support system in place but, realize this, for your life to change and improve, you have to decide to change and improve. It’s your choice to allow tough times to either fuel you or fool you.
One of the most meaningful quotes I’ve ever come across is from the book Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill (p. 55): “Every adversity, every failure and every heartache carries with it the Seed of an equivalent or greater Benefit.” This quote says that with all the failures or adversities in your life, all is not lost: opportunity is ever available to you to be successful.
