SUV driver injured in Henderson crash involving school bus
The driver of an SUV is in the hospital after a crash involving a school bus near a Henderson high school Thursday morning, according to police.
Henderson police spokesman Keith Paul said the crash happened about 6:40 a.m. on Burkholder Boulevard, near Basic High School.
No one on the bus was injured when the SUV apparently turned in front of it, he said. The SUV flipped and landed on its side.
The driver was taken to St. Rose Dominican Hospital’s Siena Campus with injuries Paul described as non-life threatening.
