Woman dies in Decatur Boulevard crash
A woman died after crashing her vehicle Wednesday afternoon on Decatur Boulevard near Washington Avenue, Las Vegas police said.
The identity of the woman was not released. The woman, 42, was driving a minivan.
Lt. Bruce Miyama said police were investigating the collision Wednesday evening.
Miyama said the woman was driving north on Decatur at 4:41 p.m. when she crossed the median into southbound traffic.
The woman’s van struck a pole and three palm trees before coming to a stop.
She died at University Medical Center.
