Woman shoots herself at gun range
A woman in a shooting class at a Las Vegas gun range shot herself in the head in what is believed to have been a suicide attempt, police said.
The unidentified woman was at the firing range at American Shooters, 3440 S. Arville St., near Desert Inn Road, when she put a handgun to her head and fired, officer Jay Rivera said.
She was taken to University Medical Center after the 10:50 a.m. incident. Her condition was unavailable.
