Girls Basketball

Jeanette Fine, Canyon Springs

The junior led the Pioneers to a 4-0 record and the tournament championship at the Liberty Thanksgiving Invitational. Fine had 15 points in a 61-46 win over Liberty in the title game. In four games, Fine scored 52 points.

Micah Bowens, Bishop Gorman

The junior quarterback rushed for 218 yards and two touchdowns and passed for 169 yards and two scores in a 42-28 win over Liberty in the Class 4A state semifinals.
