Teerlink leads Virgin Valley to win
Colton Teerlink rushed for 128 yards and three TDs to lead Virgin Valley to a 38-8 win over Layton Christian (Utah) in Mesquite on Friday.
Johnny Gleave set the tone with a 55-yard punt return for a touchdown in the first quarter for the Bulldogs.
Terran Leavitt also ran for a touchdown for Virgin Valley, and Jesus Gaytan kicked a 34-yard field goal.
Virgin Valley held Layton Christian to 137 total yards.
