Outlook: Coming off a strong season last year, the Panthers bring back 14 lettermen, but only four starters.

Jaret Godman (.467, 7 home runs, 31 RBIs), Jacob Godman (.356, 7 doubles, 17 RBIs), Arnold (.280) and Cosby (.289) should be among the leaders on offense.

“We have an extraordinary schedule this season that we believe will have us battle-tested and ready to make a push in the playoffs,” Hallead said. “We are in a very competitive league where any team can be beaten on any particular day.

“We are focusing on doing our job each and every day and playing a faceless opponent. If our team can focus on that approach, I am excited to see where we end up in May.”
