Outlook: Chaparral took its lumps last season and returns just three starters.

One of those, though, is Harman, who hit .460 last season.

"The program has gone through a complete transition with an influx of additions and a steady focus on our goal of getting better each and every day," Soto said. "With hard work, determination, and a great group of student-athletes, we look forward to a much better season with very positive results bringing back the winning feeling that for many years has been part of Chaparral history."
