Outlook: The Cowboys return just one starter after winning the Sunrise League title last season.

Tendale (14.1 points, 2.3 assists, 1.7 steals per game) is back to lead a group that will need plenty of less experienced varsity players to step up.

“We have our work cut out for us replacing eight seniors who contributed to our success the last few years, but I believe with time and effort, we can compete in our league for a quality playoff seed,” Bentz said. “We will be led by our athletic point guard Jonathan Tendale and a talented young group we hope adjusts to the varsity level quickly.”
