Lamine Diane helps Findlay Prep roll to victory
Lamine Diane scored 16 of his 26 points in the first half Friday to help Findlay Prep’s boys basketball team to a 94-75 win over Hopkinsville (Ky.) in the Kentucky Lake Showcase in Benton, Kentucky.
University of Kentucky commit P.J. Washington added 23 points, 18 rebounds, seven assists and five steals for the Pilots (25-3), ranked No. 6 nationally by USA Today. Reggie Chaney chipped in 14 points, and Spencer Washington scored 10 for Findlay Prep, which never trailed in the game and led 50-28 at the half.
C.J. Henagan led the Tigers (23-6) with 26 points.
