Outlook: It’s become a tradition for Moapa Valley to get off to a slow start as it waits for its highly-successful football team to finish its season.
The Pirates will have some work to do this year with five new starters.
"We are looking to get back to our 2010-11 form with a very young team," Larsen said. "The kids are ready for the challenge and ready to start a new chapter in the long history of Moapa Valley basketball in Division I-A."
