1A GIRLS: Stewart, Lund coast in 1A playoff opener
Keisha Stewart had 19 points and seven assists to carry Lund to a 53-23 victory over visiting Henderson International in the Class 1A Southern Region girls basketball quarterfinals Tuesday.
Lyndsey Ivins supplied 10 points and seven rebounds for the Mustangs.
Brittany Huff scored 12 points to lead Henderson International.
Pahranagat Valley 61, Trinity 18 — At Alamo, Halie Lewis scored 13 points and Mary Higbee 11 as the second-seeded Panthers cruised.
