Akers helps Round Mountain girls top Austin
Kattrena Akers scored 18 points and had 10 steals Saturday as Round Mountain’s girls downed visiting Austin, 52-41.
The Knights saw a 20-6 first quarter lead trimmed to 24-20 at the half, but slowly pulled away in the second half.
Tana Berg added 10 points, nine rebounds and six steals for Round Mountain.
