ROUNDUP: Cheyenne girls rally past Cimarron-Memorial
Taryn Hicks had 28 points as Cheyenne came from behind to beat host Cimarron-Memorial 67-62 in girls basketball on Wednesday night.
Cheyenne trailed 52-45 going into the fourth quarter but outscored the Spartans 22-11 in the fourth quarter.
Shaunice Cameron and Sabrina King each added 12 points for the Desert Shields.
Catherine Wyre and Zerie Baptista each had 15 points for Cimarron.
Legacy 55, Mojave 45 — At Mojave, Kendra Irving scored 15 points to lead the Longhorns to a win over the Rattlers.
Jessica Kirvin added 10 points and Miah Madison nine for Legacy.
Jazzmine Robinson led Mojave with 12 points.
Liberty 52, Del Sol 32 — At Liberty, Jade Washington had 13 points, 10 assists and 10 steals to lead the Patriots to the blowout win.
Amanda Delgado added 12 points for Liberty, which led 47-15 entering the fourth quarter.
Amy Austin scored 23 points for Del Sol.
Silverado 64, Tech 39 — At Silverado, Shea Collins drained six 3-pointers and totaled 22 points to lead the Skyhawks past the Roadrunners.
Alena Evans added 17 points and Mikayla Thielges 10 points and eight rebounds for Silverado.
Adriana Heredia had 11 points and Cheryl Harless 10 for Tech.
Centennial 80, Shadow Ridge 28 — At Centennial, Deanna Daniels had 20 points, 13 rebounds and five assists as the Bulldogs downed the Mustangs.
Johnna Brown added 18 points and 13 rebounds for Centennial, which led 26-6 after one quarter.
Alexis Byrd added 16 points and Courtney Hayes 11 for Centennial.
Cheyana Slocum had 12 points for Shadow Ridge.
Palo Verde 48, Arbor View 22 — At Palo Verde, Shameka Smith scored 12 points and Hayley Henderson 10 to help the Panthers to an easy win over the Aggies.
Palo Verde outscored Arbor View 12-2 in the first quarter and 19-6 in the third.
Jena Valenzuela led Arbor View with eight points.
Green Valley 70, Basic 37 — At Green Valley, Jazmine Jarvis scored 10 of her 26 points during a 22-8 first-quarter run as the Gators routed the Wolves.
Danielle Christenson added 10 points for Green Valley. Vajae Robinson had 13 rebounds and Sarah Pickus 10 for the Gators.
Marquichea Burns led Basic with 26 points.
Lincoln County 57, Enterprise (Utah) 51 — At Enterprise, Utah, Kori Gloeckner scored 17 points and Marissa Smerek 13 to lead the Lynx to the win.
Melanie Florence added six points and 10 rebounds for Lincoln County, which outscored Enterprise 15-8 in the third quarter.
