ROUNDUP: Overtime free throws key Shadow Ridge girls to win over Cimarron
Elisha Hensey was 7-for-10 from the free-throw line in overtime and finished with 16 points and eight assists to lead Shadow Ridge’s girls basketball team to a 53-47 win over visiting Cimarron-Memorial.
Niki Lawson added 10 points, and Sabriya Brooks had nine points and 13 rebounds for Shadow Ridge.
Cimarron’s Tyler Simpson forced the overtime period, hitting the second of two free throws with 0.1 seconds remaining in regulation, and finished with 12 points.
Leilani Blanco scored a game-high 22 points for the Spartans.
Palo Verde 58, Faith Lutheran 40 — At Faith Lutheran, Nicole Ameli had 12 points, and the Panthers grabbed a 42-20 halftime lead and cruised past the Crusaders.
Jasmin Kiley and Alyssa Amoruso each added 11 points for Palo Verde.
Kelsey McCourt paced Faith Lutheran with 10 points.
Mojave 59, Cheyenne 55 — At Cheyenne, Jazzmine Robinson scored 10 of her 25 points in the fourth quarter to help the Rattlers over come an early 17-12 deficit and edge the Desert Shields.
Britnee Shaw paced the Desert Shields with 15 points, and Janae Brown scored 12.
Centennial 64, Legacy 33 — At Centennial, Alexis Byrd had 20 points and 12 steals to help the Bulldogs roll past the Longhorns.
Shannon Brown scored 19 points and Courtney Hayes added 12 to help Centennial, which cruised to a 34-9 halftime lead.
Breanah Manley scored 10 points to lead Legacy.
Bishop Gorman 68, Desert Oasis 20 — At Desert Oasis, Aaryn Ellenberg scored 20 points, and the Gaels jumped to leads of 20-3 after one quarter and 49-10 after three quarters in a rout of the Diamondbacks.
Amber Lane added 13 points and Chelsie Pitt had 11 for the Gaels.
Trini Morgan led Desert Oasis with six points.
Sierra Vista 58, Bonanza 53 — At Bonanza, Jeanette Jackson scored 14 points to help the Mountain Lions hold off the Bengals.
Johnie Pride and Tina Baxter each added 11 points for Sierra Vista.
Alice Pitts scored 17 points, Kathy Babin had 14 and Daytril Beals netted 10 for Bonanza.
Western 50, Clark 28 — At Clark, Michelle Simon scored 20 points to lead the Warriors past the Chargers.
Daresheoun Lee added 12 points for Western.
Michelle Garcia paced Clark with 10 points.
Chaparral 52, Eldorado 40 — At Chaparral, Janae Neuville scored 15 points to help the Cowboys defeat the Sundevils.
Zelyssee Bass added 14 points for Chaparral, which led 19-5 after the first quarter.
Casey Bradshaw scored 16 points to lead Eldorado.
Desert Pines 70, Rancho 28 — At Desert Pines, LaBrea Walker had 22 points, 12 assists and seven rebounds to lead the Jaguars in a rout of the Rams.
TaQuiyyah Boyles had 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Jaguars. Claudia Meneses scored 13 points, and Theresia Williams added 10 points for Desert Pines.
Aisha Momodu paced Rancho with eight points.
Valley 65, Sunrise Mountain 27 — At Sunrise Mountain, Christina Davis scored 11 of her 25 points in the first quarter as the Vikings grabbed a quick 24-4 lead and cruised past the Miners.
Lucelly Arias added 14 points for Valley.
Azia McBrown led the Miners with seven points.
Virgin Valley 43, Moapa Valley 38 — At Mesquite, Rachel Morris scored 22 points and grabbed 17 rebounds to lead the Bulldogs past the Pirates.
Madison Bowler added 13 points for Virgin Valley.
Caley Dunlap paced Moapa Valley with 10 points.
Boulder City 50, Mountain View 40 — At Mountain View, Jessi Forrester scored 19 points, and Taylor McKeever added 10 as the Eagles topped the Saints.
Briana Marruffo led Mountain View with 19 points, and Patrice Marshall scored 10.
White Pine 67, Calvary Chapel 30 — At Sierra Vista, Alex Hall had 17 points, and the Bobcats took a 19-5 win after one quarter en route to the victory.
Jordon Ashby added 14 points for White Pine.
Anna Duerden led Calvary Chapel with 10 points.
West Wendover 64, Agassi Prep 38 — At Agassi Prep, Danika Sharp hit seven 3-pointers and scored 39 points to carry the Wolverines past the Stars.
Marshante Herring led Agassi Prep with 15 points. Kayla Johnson added 14 points for the Stars.
Needles 61, Lincoln County 48 — At Needles, Calif., Gena Chavira scored 18 points to lead the Mustangs past the Lynx.
Miranda Brackett scored 17 points to help Needles, and Alex Chandler added 14 points.
Marissa Smerek scored 15 points to lead Lincoln County.
Beatty 46, Indian Springs 31 — At Indian Springs, Alejandra Gonzalez scored 12 of her 16 points in the first quarter to help the Hornets take a 24-10 lead and down the Thunderbirds.
Kaitlin Ulrich added 13 points and Kaci Schroeder had 11 for Beatty.
Alexxa Reinke scored 12 points for Indian Springs.
Pahranagat Valley 34, Henderson International 28 — At Alamo, Hallie Lewis scored 15 points to help the Panthers hold off the Wolverines.
Dakota Day added 12 points for Pahranagat Valley.
Brittany Huff paced the Wolverines with 13 points.
Lake Mead 47, Lund 35 — At Lund, Jordan Clarke scored 20 points to lead the Eagles past the Mustangs.
Melynda Boren led Lund with 12 points.
Tonopah 67, Sandy Valley 11 — At Tonopah, Amanda O’Donnell had 14 points, 14 rebounds and eight steals to lead the Muckers to a rout of the Sidewinders.
Meghann Thibodeaux scored 12 points for Tonopah. Elaina Dunn and Jillian Brock added 10 points each for the Muckers, and Brittany Klapper contributed seven points and 10 rebounds.

The Spring Valley at Pahrump game was postponed due to inclement weather for traveling. A makeup date has not yet been announced.
