Frankie Garcia runs Needles by Mountain View
Frankie Garcia ran for two touchdowns and caught a score Friday as Needles’ football team rolled visiting Mountain View, 42-0.
Derek Wagstaff added two rushing TDs, and Marcus Turner caught a 56-yard TD pass for Needles (5-0, 2-0 2A Southern), which led 36-0 after the first quarter.
Terrence Brooks caught five passes for 102 yards to lead Mountain View (0-2, 0-1).
Isiah Johnson led the Saints’ defense with nine tackles, and teammate Nathan Santiago had six tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery.
