Heath guides Thunderbirds past Hornets
Indian Springs’ Troy Heath completed 7 of 9 passes for 232 yards and two touchdowns and also ran five times for 107 yards and a score as the Thunderbirds (2-4, 2-2 Division IV Southern) defeated host Beatty (0-4, 0-3) 49-8 on Friday.
Devin Jackson rushed for 165 yards and two TDs on 11 carries and caught two passes for 55 yards, and Tristan Thomas had three receptions for 135 yards and two TDs.
