Jonshon accounts for four scores as Cowboys roll
Chaparral’s Jason Jonshon rushed for 121 yards and three touchdowns and also threw for a score, sparking the Cowboys (4-3, 1-2 I-A Sunrise) to a 40-10 home win over Sunrise Mountain (2-5, 0-3) on Friday.
Chaparral compiled 350 yards on the ground, led by Antonio Thomas with 180 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries.
Sherman Nash led Sunrise Mountain, rushing for 174 yards and a TD on 22 carries.
