Scoffield’s three scores help Wolves defeat Dragons
Basic’s Jon Scoffield rushed for three touchdowns on Friday as the Wolves (3-4, 2-1 Southeast) rolled to a 34-13 road win over Del Sol.
Scoffield rushed for 142 yards on eight carries, including touchdown runs of 1, 62, and 5 yards. Wolves running back Chris Hibbard had a 1-yard, first quarter plunge to open the scoring for Basic.
Aaron Williamson scored on a 65-yard run in the second quarter to lead the Dragons (0-7, 0-3).
